How to use the Procedure Manual and Resources Page
The Procedures Manual is divided into chapters containing sub sections with general information and specific instructions for each area. The manual is a living document and is continually updated. Please report issues and outdated information or contacts in the Procedures Manual pages to smoore5@sandi.net .

Chapter Process:
Read each chapter for general information and specific instructions. Click Forms/Links at the beginning of the chapter to access forms and web page links.
Forms/Links: Click on Forms/Links located at the beginning of each chapter to access forms and web links associated with the chapter or sub section. All forms and web page links listed within a chapter are located inForms/Links.
If staff know what form or link they are looking for, Forms/Links may be accessed from the Table of Contents or in the Table of Contents side bar (click on Procedures Manual and Resources quickly click on Forms/Links Index.) without opening a chapter.

Click on Subsection headers links to open specific sections in each chapter.
