Purchase Order General Terms and Conditions

The Purchase Order Terms and Conditions link below apply to all purchase orders issued by the San Diego Unified School District. Acceptance of any Purchase Order shall effect a contract between the Buyer (District) and the Seller (Vendor/Supplier/Contractor) under which the rights, liabilities and obligations of the Buyer and Seller shall be governed.
