The Office of Children and Youth in Transition is coordinating our annual Adopt-a-Family program for at-risk families in the San Diego Unified School District. The Adopt-a-Family program provides students and families who are struggling financially with gift cards to help them have a happier holiday season.
In response to challenges associated with the pandemic, we are encouraging the donation of gift cards for Adopt-a-Family. As another option, we are also accepting new items from our CYT Wish List to be distributed to our CYT families as needed to be mailed or dropped off at our CYT Office.
