Classified School Employees Summer Assistance Program
San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD) will participate in the Classified School Employee's Summer Assistance Program (CSESAP) for the 2025-26 school year. This program is offered in coordination with the California Department of Education (CDE).
Eligible classified employees who participate in this program may set aside up to 10% of their monthly salary during the school year, and the amount set aside will be matched up to $1 for $1 and distributed to them during the summer months following the school year.
Participants must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Employed by the District in a classified position for at least one (1) year at the time of enrollment; and
- Assigned to a 10- or 11- month work year during the school year: and
- Annual salary from the district is equal to or less than $62,400 for an entire school year at the time of enrollment.
