The Human Resource Services Division will initiate a self-service Certificated Seniority Date Verification module in PeopleSoft which will allow certificated staff members to validate important employment information. This electronic validation process is replacing the manual process used by Human Resources for the past three years.

Or access the page in PeopleSoft HR under Self Service > Cert Seniority Dt Verification.
Once you have logged in, you will be asked to verify your seniority date, employment status and credential/certificate information. Please use the pull-down menus to either agree or disagree. In the event you disagree, please use the Employee Comment field to provide information detailing why you feel the information is incorrect. Once you submit your information, Human Resources will review your responses and will research any and all discrepancies you list. After Human Resources reviews the employment information you provide, an email will be sent to you advising you of the outcome. You are highly encouraged to review your employment information and submit your responses in a timely manner for immediate review.
