Access to 2019 W-2's during District closure

A PDF version of your 2019 W-2* can be obtained online through PeopleSoft Self Service, under Payroll and Compensation / View W-2/W-2c Forms. (Tip: turn off pop up blocking if your form doesn't load to screen)

For those who do not have PeopleSoft access, please email the following information to Pamela Merrill (

  • Full name
  • Employee ID (if known)
  • Date of birth
  • Last/current position held with the district
  • Former mailing address (if applicable)
  • Current mailing address

The next mailing date for 2019 W-2 reprints will be processed on April 27th, and mailed home. Please submit your reprint request by end of day, April 26th.
As future mailing dates become available, they will be posted here.

*Please note that W-2's for tax years 2015 and later are also available in Self Service.


Fiscal Control audits and distributes payroll and payroll-related withholdings, including tax sheltered annuities, retirement and taxes. The department prepares and submits payroll quarterly tax reports and W-2 forms, manages and reconciles third-party administered bank accounts, manages District Cashier functions and processes benefit payments for retirees, COBRA participants and employees on leave of absence. Fiscal Control also manages procurement cards and the San Diego Education Fund bank accounts.
