As the 2015/16 school and fiscal year is quickly approaching, attached is a memo along with supporting documents that address general guidelines regarding the closing of the Associated Student Body books. The attached documents relate to ASB Inventory, Athletic Reimbursements, and Bank Reconciliations. Please note that there are new additions to the memo that will require that you submit schedules to the Financial Accounting department in order to comply with a recent Internal Audit report recommendation (e.g. Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable accrual schedules).
I am also in the process of coordinating this information with the Communications department to post to the Principals' Page.
