Voluntary 12-Pay Option: for SDEA Members

The enrollment period has ended for SDEA Members to elect the Voluntary 12-Pay Option beginning in the 2021-2022 contract year. Please check this page in Spring 2022 for information and enrollment forms to being this pay option in the 2022-23 contract year.

NOTICE: The deadline for submitting the Voluntary 12-Pay Option Enrollment Form for the 2021-22 school year was June 11, 2021.

Reserve Net Pay for Summer Months Option: for 10- and 11-Month Employees

Enrollment is now open for 10- and 11-Month employees to elect to reserve net pay from the 2020-2021 school year pay warrants that will be repaid in the 2021 summer months. Please click the links below for further information and forms:

NOTICE: Due to enhanced safety protocols we ask that you please send your completed Reserve Net Pay Option forms electronically to: If you are unable to provide an electronic copy, you may mail your form to the address provided on the form. Please note that the deadline for submitting the enrollment form for the 2021-22 school year is August 31, 2021 in order for deductions to begin on the September paycheck.
