ADA Accommodation Process

The purpose of the ADA Process is to engage in an interactive dialogue for the purposes of enabling an employee to perform their usual and customary duties with or without accommodation. This dialogue allows the employee and the employer to engage in a conversation that will allow you to return/ or remain working.

If you wish to engage in this ADA process, complete review the ADA Intake Application and complete the forms to begin; any information gathered as part of the ADA process is confidential.

If you are unable to work, there are a number of leave options available to you. Click here to review a comprehensive overview of those options

Employees impacted by COVID-19 have a number of expanded leave options (up to 80 hours available). Please see the Families First Coronavirus Response Leave information page for more information.
