The Office of the Controller provides strict oversight to the district's financial assets in conformity with generally accepted governmental accounting principals, and in compliance with local, state and federal laws. The Office of the Controller follows the definitions, instructions and procedures of the California Department of Education's California School Accounting Manual (CSAM).

The mission of the Office of the Controller is to be the overall steward of the district's financial assets.

The Office of the Controller manages and oversees Accounts Payable, Financial Accounting and Fiscal Control.
