The Facilities Planning and Construction Department maintains an ongoing communications and community outreach program for each major construction program in the district. The goal of these communications programs is to ensure that our facility neighbors and the broader community have access to timely and accurate information about every San Diego Unified construction project.
Our outreach efforts seek to involve school site communities early in the planning process and to encourage community input through each phase of construction.
