WE BELIEVE IN

Partnerships in Learning

Partnerships and relationships are essential for professional growth and development: deep learning and listening between our department and schools, between administrators and educators, between educators and students.

Empowered Educators

Creating conditions where empowered educators become drivers in their own learning, each component of our process facilitates this journey and builds skills to enable them to be reflective practitioners.

Choice/
Reflection

Educators and administrators reflect on student data to select areas of focus allowing choice and responsiveness to drive the Professional Growth and Development work lifting the most vulnerable student population at the school site.

What I appreciate about this process is it’s very much more holistic for the student. We've got this goal but we can meet it in so many ways and looking at the whole child and the whole classroom.

I was able to take the time to reflect on my teaching practice. And through the use of the teacher standards I was able to think about  my current practice and then set goals for myself that felt realistic and attainable.

I'm looking forward to the next E3 process because I should be able to pick up where I ended this year and just continuing my growth. It really helped working with colleagues and being in person to do the trainings,  because doing it on your own is really challenging.
